Linda....I read this post to my husband, and we both thought it was quite funny. No we aren't taking pleasure in your crabbiness...it just struck a funny bone. "its 4:30am and Im crabby..." just says it all!! Neither of us can comprehend the stress that is involved with all this and we both know we would be quite cranky ourselves.

But we are both very happy to know that Ling is now officially a member of the Groat family and you are all heading home.

Your adventures have been a topic of conversation at many of our meals. I have enjoyed thoroughly reading about your adventures.

Have a safe and uneventful trip home!

Linda,

I've been following along each day, even though I haven't written anything. I've been so happy that things have been going smoothly and that you've all gelled (?sp) so well. It's just so incredible how relaxed she looks, as if she's lived with you all her life. Have a safe flight back tomorrow. We won't be able to be at the airport (I'll be frantically packing) but we'll be with you in thought. Take care and I'll be in touch again soon. Annie H. P.S. My oldest daughter, Annie, was tickled to read the references to Webkinz from Mary Alice. She was quite impressed :)

Hey Groats,
It is 1:15 Dalton time I am so messed up!!! Have no idea about day or time where you are but we are here. Talked to my children and Grandma Judy maybe I made a bit of since. Mrty is on call for pay backs until next weekend and is in bed. i have not sorted pictures but we fell in love and had intimate time never to be discovered again. I hope Mary Alice and Matthew and Megan Ling remember because I am getting old but I will remember our special time in a country of friendly people and our family stretching to learn and know and love.

Linda,

We've loved following your blog. If you'll post your updated arrival time (I know that ours changed several times in the course of our flight back), we'd love to be at the airport to welcome Megan Ling and her intrepid family of world travelers back to Buffalo!

If not, we'll have to see you guys at the AC fishing get together. It's so cool that you RSVP'ed from China!

Best,
Jane, Mike, Ani and Elia
